Shipping charges
The products marked "Available" are available on the shelves of our store and are shipped in 1-3 working days from the day of your order with the carrier of your choice (DHL / FEDEX).
If a product is not available, we will inform you by email immediately about the progress of your order. Products not immediately available are shipped as soon as they become available.
Regarding the delivery time of the selected carrier, you will be informed during the time the order is placed.
No specific time during the delivery day can be supported and comments to the carrier regarding specific delivery times are not binding, although every effort is made to accommodate them as best as possible as comments are forwarded automatically.
