Returns Policy 

• Before returning a product, the service department of solidblanc.com / rr@solidblanc.com must be contacted first.
• The return must be made within a period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt and return conditions must be met (e.g. the product must not have been opened and be in perfect condition. For this reason, we recommend to return the products in appropriate packaging - not an envelope).
• Returns are only accepted if the products are unused and in their original condition.
• Returns should be made with a courier company and not with the post office.
• In case of the wrong product being sent by our company, the costs of the return are fully covered by us, after consultation, so that the cooperating courier company comes to collect from your place.
• In case of a product you have received is broken or expired, the costs of the return are fully covered by us, after consultation, so that the cooperating courier company comes to collect from your place. 

In the 2 cases above, we must necessarily receive attached photos that prove the mentioned errors so that we can take actions immediately. 

• In case there is no error from out part, you will be charged with return costs (which are equal to the shipping costs of the order)
• No returns are made on Milk and baby food items for reasons of safety and quality.
• If the product is used or the original packaging is damaged, the return is not accepted.
• Your refunds are made within 1 day of the return and receipt of the products by our company.
• We must refund the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, there may be a delay in the refund if we do not receive the products or a receipt for the return. Refunds will include shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase.
• In case of issuing an invoice, the return must be made with a delivery note and for computerization reasons, it may take up to 5 working days.
