Add to a pot 400 gr. water and 40 gr. (about 4 tbsp) frezylac Trahachanakis. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly to prevent sticking. The meal is ready as soon as it is pureed. (about 5 minutes after boiling starts). Serve and enjoy the trachana warm. Ideal as a substitute for pasta or rice.
